Now it’s time to introduce the last member of the band… The girl on the keys, and our MC Miss Kate Karter!!!
Since the age of four, Kate Karter has been working on her career in the music industry.
She got her start in a Baptist church where she sang old hymns with her Dad. She has been to Tennessee for America’s Got Talent, and has since worked in her career as a songwriter.
She does a lot of work in Florida, where she has sang regularly with Bobby Randall (formerly of the Sawyer Brown band, and the Confederate Railroad,) and opened for Grammy Award Winner, Linda Davis. She sings regularly at the Orange Blossom Opry in Weirsdale Florida. She is also actively in a band in the state of Florida called the Once Blind Band, where she plays the rhythm guitar for Michigan Country Music Hall of Famer, Arlyn Willett.
She has released her first single entitled “Come Home” on Apple and Spotify. She worked with Nathan Smith of mainframe studios to produce this song. He has also produced music for Dolly Parton, Brad Paisley, Waylon Jennings, Little Big Town, Sara Evans, & the Dixie Chicks, just to name a few.
You can find her singing lots of 90’s country music, as well as the blues! She is multitalented, and plays just about every instrument on the face of the earth, so you might just see her playing other fun instruments every now and then as well!
